Fred should not have an accent, Rhino always should.

I read the story and I still don't find the character in any way, shape or form interesting but to each their own.

I sure did, just giving my opinion regarding your statement. I simply don't agree that a person has to find Fred interesting to like Superior Foes.

Then read more closely. I didn't attribute the enjoyment level of the series to Boomerang.

Your statement seemed to imply after reading Superior Foes one would naturally find Fred interesting or at least more interesting than before, but I digress. Anyhow, I do not wish to drag this thread down with a debate about semantics so I'll say no more regarding this matter.

It didn't imply any of that. You inferred it. Then you decided that it'd be cool to say that you didn't find Fred interesting in his appreciation thread. But you'll thankfully say no more regarding the matter.

I've always had a soft spot for Boomerang though I couldn't tell you why. Maybe it was because his trading card was one of the first I ever got? I'm always tickled when C or D-list characters rise up the ranks to get some deserved time in the sun.

I like the look that the comicbook character Boomerang is sporting on the cover.
