This isn't a hive-mind thing at all, I realize Jordan's (T'Challa) greatness and he is the man but for example, when I was watching the NBA on NBC, Scottie Pippen was my favorite player cause he played the wing, it's a position thing. Before him James Worthy was my favorite when I was smaller and he played the same position. Yes his teammate was the more popular Magic Johnson (not sure which Black Marvel Hero he'd be) but those guys didn't play in a vacuum. Not for nuthin' Worthy played in glasses and that was dope back then too.

No shade but as someone who rocks with both Marvel and DC (albeit in a lesser capacity), if this was a DC poll you'd have to cut the characters in half.
Agree with you about Worthy. He was my favorite of the Showtime Lakers era, followed closely by Kareem "Cap" Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Cooper and Mychal Thompson.

Blade, hands down. As a fan of the supernatural his vampire slaying and attitude make him an easy pic. The Snipes portrayal only helped solidify him. The last 15yrs has seen writers branch him a bit more into wider occult which is good for him. Gets him out of that pigeon hole that some writers boxed him into.

    Next in order for me:
    War Machine
    Deathlok
    Falcon
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime
