    Cap was frozen in ice at one time, so were Frankenstein (monster) and Dracula (in Dracula Has Risen From The Grave, 1968).

    Ah, okay, but are the word(s) you used specifically a pop culture reference? That's what I'm not getting. MajorHoy referenced a character I had to google (I don't read DC, only Marvel) so I was wondering if this was some kind of catch phrase that would make the joke funnier or something.
