    Pretty much (Morrison's kind of made everyone ELSE into idiots).

    Morrison's came back and killed the idiot version (I'm not sure if this is a good thing; we either have Moronic-Prommie or Stupidity-Inducing Prommie)...did some stuff...and ended up killed by Green Arrow. End.

    There's a Nu52 version apparently, but I know nothing about them. Maybe this thread is about that one?

    I didn't think that deeply about it. I just randomly thought about some videos I own, remembered Owlman being a cool villain, and took a guess at who would make a good fight for him.

    Prometheus could find it difficult to use the neural chaff to mentally cripple owl man as he has got a drug enhanced cortex which most likely should provide him with a degree of immunity.
