Wow you’d think that you ran into the bizarro versions of this team compared to the militaristic assholes from Age of X-Man Alpha. I mean, baking cookies for the X-Men? Joking around? Fighting over who gets shotgun? It’s like day and night.

I honestly thought that was Psylocke. Moneta has her hair tied up and has bangs on that last page, so I thought Betsy was the one drinking coffee

But I guess the brown hair means it's Moneta.

Feel the same way :/ don’t care for the writing in this preview, doesn’t feel like the world we’ve seen in the other books.
Hoping it’s much better than the preview, or will be dropping this one fast.

This isn't out of left field, though. The cookies thing? Mentioned in AoXM Alpha. I suspect what Williams is going for is mundane creepiness. These guys? They're a bunch of flatmates who go out and fundamentally destroy lives because it's their job. They're about to strip two people's existance away, and Northstar reacts with a level of annoyance fit for the neighbors' dog getting out again. And after they do this, they're likey going to go home and argue over the remote.

Just following orders and all that.
