Ollie isn't dodging what Bullseye can deliver with his pistol, and it should be faster as well. In a quickdraw, give it to the guy who doesn't need to make big motions with two hands.

Figure 6 out of 10, clean win for Bullseye, 4 out of 10 it's MAD.

But he cant cant catch bullets bullets so does it matter? Ollie might be able dodge gunmen but Bullseye is on another level...

The warehouse is definitely to Ollie's advantage, but it's an empty warehouse. And Bullseye successfully fought off Matt in the dark, in crowded office conditions, more than once, and Matt is a whole 'nother level still over Ollie in that kind of situation. Matt also trivially catches arrows and other things by non-Bullseye people (including the most impressive, easily grabbing an arrow fired by a Hand ninja, from outside of a slamming moving swerving taxi, into the taxi, while holding Elektra with one arm trying to keep her alive and having a yelling discussion/argument with Stick - it's a STUPIDLY better feat than anything Ollie has), but gets repeatedly pasted by Bullseye. The dude is just beyond what basically anyone else in live action can do with such things.

Plus... bullets. He's got his pistol here.
