Yeah, I know. Video game wise, he was pretty OP (kind of meant for that). Book version, while still powerful (child of two Jedi Knights afterall), he's not so OP. And honestly, him and Ahsoka meeting with so many things in common, yet a lot dissonance as well, would make for some great character interaction.

Interestingly Rex has yet to appear in any "realistic" style media outside of toys or comics. While he could show up in The Mandolorian it still wouldn't be a film appearance. Ahsoka as well as she could show up on the show as well and she still wouldn't have a live-action film depiction. The closest Ahsoka ever came was the cameo in Episode 9 but she doesn't physically appear in it.
