If it has any sort of external data access, then there's a good chance that they can just hack it on sight. Other than that, they don't generally can't around stuff that could do permanent damage to it on their person so they are kind of screwed in an arena match, though they could probably lure it into some sort of fatal location/trap or call in sufficiently powerful ordinance to take it down in a scenario match.
