I hope at least half of this issue is just a comic adaptation of the Metal Gear Solid 4 microwave hallway but with Terrax.
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
"With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility". With all his brain, and yet, Otto is incapable or learning the meaning of that.
I haven't read SSM yet, but hearing good things. Preview looks fantastic.

I really liked the issue. Otto being Otto did what only he can and I liked that. Otto still uses his smarts even in a physical fight where there's no way of winning. I'm also liking how Otto's relationship with Anna is shaping and how she inquired advise on Otto.
We have a selves a pretty good Spider-Man book if I do say so myself.
Just had the chance to read it.
Otto never fails to crack me up with this Silver Ageisms.

Hoping the Night Shift stays on as supporting cast.
Another strong issue. Gage and Hawthorne are a great team for this title. Every issue so far has hit all the right notes.
This issue was great! I was expecting Otto to just sweep, but they both got pushed to their limits. The Super Grimm Bros got the best joke of the issue, Anna Maria is becoming a chessmaster, and we got some c-c-c-continuity!
The only thing that would've made it better is if Otto chopped the mawfucka's head off.

I never expect to like this book. and I always do. it was one of my better reads this week (and that's w/o Black Ant and Taskmaster). I just really like the interplay between Otto and Anna. she's like the Dr.Loomis to Otto's reformed-Shape.
I'm torn - I want to see Otto stay on the straight and narrow, but I also want to see a cosmic-powered Anna Maria wipe the floor with him.
Great issue! This might be my favorite Spider-Book right now!
Don't wotty about that. Even if Octavius stays "in the right path, but in the wrong way", I'm pretty sure Anna Maria would end up doing something like that. I don't know why, but I have the feeling that Anna Maria could turn into "Stunner 2.0". That I would love to see it!
Now that the first arc is over, I'm excited about all the possibilities that await. This book really could go anywhere and incorporate anyone.
I enjoyed the first arc, but I will say: the book does feel a little slow to me. I enjoy how the relationship between Otto and Anna Maria is continuing, and the Night Shift are pretty cool... but maybe we could've had one more subplot to keep things just a little more interesting.
Still, I'm in for the long haul: Otto's dialogue and overall characterization has been one of my favorite things about this era of Spidey comics.
-Pav, who'd love to see Ben and Kaine check up on Otto...
You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.
"You're not the better one, Peter. You're just older."
