    I have a few thoughts.

1: Why is ASM #14 above #13? Did #14 have a rare variant?
2: Good debut for Friendly Neighborhood. But #2's placement? Should we be worried?
    3: Venom is hot.
4: That's not a good sign for the new volume of Champions debuting that low.

That's a really low debut for Champions.

I think FNSM #1's numbers were pretty weak for the first issue of a satellite. And yeah, that's a big drop to #2.

Definitely speaks to how important that immediate first impression really is. People still judge Champions by Waid's initial rather lackluster "How do you do fellow kids" run.

Young Justice, for comparison, was 11th. Champions did beat all four Titans issues though.

But here's a funky stat. One place above Champions was Buffy the Vampire Slayer #1. A Boom Studios book! I think the only other Boom books to do so well are some of the Power Rangers Shattered Grid issues.
