I'd give this to The Beast. Adonis is tough but he's not quite in the upper tiers of the Rocky-Verse. The Beast is likely faster, more agile, tougher, stronger and can shrug off gunfire. Unless Adonis knows his name weakness or has some way to exploit the light, he goes down.

Beast Persona has bullet proof skin, strong and quick enough to scale walls and ceilings, and could have a push/shove match with Unbreakables Hero David.

The last one is a valid feat as in David’s origin story, he tore a car like cheap tin to save his future wife and then faked leg injury to be with her.

A severely beaten Adonis starts "seeing dead people" and is guided by his father Apollo, his trainer Duke and Rocky's trainer Mickey. A montage takes place at the Philly zoo where Adonis hopes to match Beast's animal abilities by kickboxing kangaroos, wrestling gorillas and using "the eye of the tigerrrr" to fight an actual tiger! How about then? ;p

Adonis is the more skilled fighter... and that's about it. Beast is faster, far stronger, and far tougher than Adonis. Fact of the matter is that Adonis is a realistic human without any of the wackiness of Rocky IV to help him going up against a superhuman threat in the Beast.

Unfortunately, Creed is set in a realistic universe, so this wouldn't help poor Adonis. Now Rocky IV Rocky Balboa on the other hand...

I could see The Beast attacking Rocky and Adrian one night, beating down Rocky and leaving him battered and barely alive while kidnapping Adrian. While recuperating in the hospital, the ghost of Mickey and Apollo show up and tell Rocky that he needs to fight and save Adrian. Rocky escapes the hospital and begins training, wrestling gorillas, getting into pushing matches with rhinos, and lifting large boulders. By the end of his training he's punching through large stone pillars with ease and tanking rhino charges with ease. All to an 80s power rock song.

Ready, Rocky hunts down the Beast and stops him from killing Adrian. The two engage in a knock-down, drag-out fight, breaking through brick walls, falling great heights, and generally beating each other bloody. But Rocky, in traditional Rocky fashion, manages to triumph over the beast, lifting his arms in victory as the cops come to take away The Beast.
