The real question is why DC hasn't done anything interesting with Black Lightning's daughters. Do they even exist anymore?

There's enough going on in the Black Lightning tv show to support a team comic. Make it like the Outsiders without actually calling it that, get Christopher Priest to write it and Sanford Greene on art and you have a Hit!
