So I guess his power only works on rocks... otherwise he would have knocked the gun out of Grill's hand, or just thrown him into a wall.

But... reassembling a planet would require more than just putting rocks together.

I think the idea is to prevent the destruction of earth from happening in the first place... but if they do that, then all of these people's lives will be erased. They will either never exist, or will live completely different lives. Kind of like the Framework all over again... to fix the problem, you have to erase a bunch of people. And real people this time, not just Turing Test-passing AI's.

I liked the sudden reversal at the end. For a minute I thought we'd be subjected to yet another episode ending with our heroes at the mercy of the bad guys. Time for the tables to start turning.

I was surprised they killed off Ben and Tess so soon. They seemed like they were being groomed for more of a role in the story.

I was disappointed that they called Fitz a "marauder" instead of a Ravager. Missed chance for a GotG tie-in there, however slight.

So they killed Tess, Grill, Ben, Sinara and maybe Kasius. In one episode. That's a heavy count
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

I think Kasius and Sinara both survive. Didn't we see them in the preview?

Nobody Fitz shot is dead. It was an Icer.

Though Kasius had his throat slit. So he could still be a goner.

I think Jemma only had a butter knife essentially, so I think the damage she did won't be what kills him off.

I really like that the villainous life Fitz lived in the framework has gone from something that weighed down on his conscience to his proverbial skill in being able to blend into the wolf den convincingly.

It sucks that Fitz blew his cover so soon. I was loving his cover as a marauder. I really liked how uncomfortable it made him to play his role so naturally.

    uuuuuuuugh really?

Why aren't they just murdering people? They're only kree, it's only the future none of it matters.

But yeah looking at the teaser Kasius and Sinara are both alive. Kasius is probably incapacitated though.

What did they think Fitz was, though, if not human? I assume most Kree wouldn't recognize a Scottish accent, but still...

There are several races in the MCU who look human. Xandar is full of multiple races and there's loads of humanite looking ones there, not to mention xandarians who look like earthlings anyway. Asgardians are on their own planet and look like earthlings.

There's just lots of white people in space okay, stop asking these important make up budget questions!

    Kamen Rider?

Well, I enjoyed the episode. Good mix of violence and romance. One of my favorite parts is when Yo-Yo told Flint that Mack power is being cool.

I guess since the Earth is destroyed, Enoch can be more involved.

Well, Kasius and Sinara might survive a bit longer, but it does seem like they're winding down at least part of the Kree slave station arc, given that they've killed off at least one of the villains (Grill) as well as two of their allies (Tess and Ben). Of course they still need to find the reason they were brought there in the first place.

As for Fitz, does the TV Trope term Took A Level In Badass apply here? Maybe it's just me, but it seems like he didn't have as many 'action hero' moments in the earlier seasons.

They still have to hook up with Deke's father and do what they have to do. I'm guessing two more episodes for this arc.

Fitz gained his badass action hero moves in his Framework life. I'm pretty sure they touched on that last episode.

I think the question now is, when they move on to the next story arc of the season, is it still going to be in space and in the future, or are they heading back to the past?
