Magoo is, much like Gilligan, a low-grade Domino type, constantly saved by luck. Is Mogo actively trying to kill him? It's hard to put a number Magoo's luck-power, but I'd say it caps out at making one-in-million things happen to his benefit, being generous to him. Surviving Mogo actively trying to kill you while you are on its surface requires a lot more than one in a million luck. It's arguably outright impossible. At a minimum, it would be one in some number only mathematicians know, like a googolplex. Nothing Magoo does suggests that level of luck.

I don't think ANY "luck" based supers could get around on a Mogo trying to kill them.

Mogo would have to like.... blow himself up somehow whilst accidently keeping a viable road like chunk safe for travel for him to lose in any sort of bad luck like occurrence.

It's just not happening. Although the visuals of this thread are hilarious :P
