Has Iron Man ever used something like this in the comics (MINOR ENDGAME SPOILER)

In the movie, he briefly shows off some sort of holographic energy shield as part of his new armor.



I know he had the same sort of shield in the old Marvel vs. Capcom games, but I don't recall if he ever used anything like that in the comics.



Is it something he had in the comics at some point?

Yeah, he had a that sort of thing during the Grell run, and I thiiink the Tieri run.

I do remember his armor after the Armor Wars had a circular energy shield.
