I thought I read somewhere that Hulk and Sentry fought until both were basically depowered and had to rest up...or something like that? Or maybe I'm thinking of someone else?

Has Blue Marvel ever actually been an Avenger? He was an Ultimate and in Avenger stories but did he ever join a team?

Tony Stark initially asked him to join the main team, which Blue Marvel politely declined. Later, though, he joined Mighty Avengers. I think we all can agree Luke's Mighty team wasn't necessarily considered the main team, but an Avengers-adjacent team, much like the Ultimates.

I thought I read somewhere that Hulk and Sentry fought until both were basically depowered and had to rest up...or something like that? Or maybe I'm thinking of someone else?

This was in world war hulk... however, sentry had to rest up, while banner turned back into the hulk almost immediately after.

And he later revealed that he was holding back his anger so as to not cause collateral damage.

The most powerful is hands down squirrel girl who has defeated the avengers, thanos, dr doom, Deadpool, galactus and others in seconds! In fact she made galactus her sidekick after beating him!

If you ever see the whole thing, there are a few questionable calls though. Colossus and Surfer for example were in the same tier as Spidey, which was too low for them imo.

Layton did that back in 1980 or something like that? That both Wonder Man and Iron Man were considered "super-heavyweights" at that time tells you how much the Marvel Universe has changed.

It's just wrong by today's standards. It was wrong by the time OHOTMU Deluxe was released. Thor, Herc and a super-enraged Hulk as Super-Heavyweights is right. But we have so many characters now who make the Super-Heavyweights group. In fact, Hulk is right...that group could add another tier: Ultra Super-Heavyweights. Or just call them Celestial class, since they can move planetary bodies and perhaps toss around stars. Marvel has truly matched DC in that respect.

Well technically gilgamesh is the most powerful eternal in terms of strength(including thanos) and can trade his psyonic/enegery/magic based ability and immortality to further increase it. So he should rank near the top. People always forget about him.
