Probably after the two Max's have a HUGE fight that levels like half the town, remember when the power got knocked out for the entire town back in season 1, when it came back on the lights first lit up to form that tattoo on Max's back...wonder if anybody will notice or find out about that...

I don't think that he'd go bad, I don't think that he'd do much to hurt Maria or Alex or if he does to much bad they'd both turn against him or get hurt so that could easily temper him imho, if anything Michael could withdraw or be fearful of himself because he wouldn't want to become anything like the dictator, I'm guessing that group that Alex just joined is about aliens and that device will come into play later on...I don't see them killing Max off for a second time, he'll get saved somehow...

Jones escaping wasn’t a big surprise, he’ll probably impersonate Max for awhile.
Michael seemed like the likely murder victim, until Alex told him, he’ll never cover up his murder.
Now that the church has burned down, anyone can be the murder victim.
