Justin Kalior, the man arrested, talked with some website called Polygon about Sunday night. He claims he thought she was 20, not 17, and that he didn't give her any alcohol or have sex with her. His story is that he drove her to the con and they argued about leaving around midnight Sunday. He claims he contacted hotel security a little while later and was with them when she was found.

Hmm. Her cosplay Facebook page DOES list her age as 20, which it isn't, but apparently she fudged her FB birthday at one point for some reason.
I hope they can figure out what happened, who did it, and help her deal with it.

Police are now saying she wasn't assaulted. She was climbing a gate and she fell and hit her head.
Hopefully she makes a full recovery.

Hopefully that doesn't lead to any permanent brain damage. I wonder what kind of drugs she was on that led to such an incident.
