I think this is a good issue, though the prime-universe's Bobby preached too much cliche about self-struggle and his heroic lifestyle.
But Sina Grace's session for Bobby seemed to end here, at least for some time, no wonder Grace made Iceman say something to conclude.
spoilers:end of spoilers
The X-Men flew onto Deathbird's base ship. Iceman and Daken end up on a small ship with Erik the Red and Deathbird, who detaches it from the one all the X-Men were on and detonates it. It had Colossus, Wolverine (Laura), Kymera, Banshee, and Chamber on-board.
To clarify. Simon said he didn't get Bobby a present, but asked if they wanted to hook up. He said there is nothing serious between them, but if Bobby is interested, they could sneak back to his place. Or something like that. It's implied in the whisper.
Bobby is clearly interested ("let's get the Hack out if here") and seeing a naked leg in Bobby's bed the next morning implies that this is exactly what happened.
Bobby is truly living his best life and I couldn't be happier for him
I wouldn't count on it going any further. It was Bobby's birthday. He got himself something nice. Good on him. Simon even said it was nothing serious. Neither one is thinking relationship. Just a little fun.
Okay, I finally read this.
Loved that Bernard the poet showed up after so many years
Loved Bobbys mom being tired of time travel
Didn't love the way they handled the Jean and Bobby parts but loved that it was addressed
Why did Bobby start attacking icemaster, there was really no need for that
Lol at Bobby shouting "who's there, I'm an omega"
Did Bobby just blame Jean for dark Phoenix saga, wow.
Smh Bobby, remember when you froze the world, beat up the Xmen and Thor, killed God knows how many people, and froze your father's heart, but nobody brings it up and have completely forgiven you. Smh
