This doesn't have to be from the main run but also elsewhere, crossovers and anything else in comic media Diana has been featured in.

A few of mine...
Amazonia
The Witch and the Warrior
Gods and Mortals
Judgement in Infinity/Seven Against Oblivion/Countdown to Chaos
My top ten WW stories:
- The Lies/The Truth
- The Hiketeia
- Year One
- Villainy Incorporated (Wonder Woman #28)
- The Legend of Wonder Woman (De Liz)
- Gods and Monsters
- Eyes of the Gorgon
- Chalk Drawings (Wonder Woman #46)
- Earth One
- Land of the Lost
Villainy Incorporated should be part of Wonder Woman Golden Age Omnibus vol.4
Perez - I wanna cheat and say the whole run, but I'll go with Challenge of the Gods. Cheetah, plus the challenge is great and has some spooky feels.
Rucka 1st - Eyes of the Gorgon. The showdown with Medusa is still one of my all time favorites.
Jimenez - Gods of Gotham. Maybe not the best of the run, but I'm a lover of all things Gotham so it has a special place.
Simone - Birds of Paradise. Love this team-up.
Azzarello - I wanna cheat like Perez and say the whole run (except for the origin and the whole rapey/killer Amazons thing). So I'll say the Hell arc with Hades. For some reason I love birthday cake head Hades.
Rucka 2nd - Year One.
Justice League Dark, The Witching Hour. Really digging this series more than I thought I would. I like it more than the actual WW title right now. And this was a really good story.
I think Year One is my all time favorite. The Hiketeia comes right after. Then Challenge of the Gods, Godwatch and Eyes of the Gorgon. Surprising no one, there are lots of Rucka lol
I still haven't read some of the famous runs though. That includes Jimenez's and Simone's (only read The Circle and didn't care that much for it at the time). I would also love to read some of the Justice League books where she has a big role.
I haven't read as much as most people here, but I really loved the Legend of Wonder Woman story, much better than any of the other origins for the character. It's just really great on all levels.
These are in publication order, not necessarily by preference. These are the WW stories I've read the most and go back to over and over.

Loebs - Space Pirates storyline (Wonder Woman vol. 2 #66-72.)
Superman vs Wonder Woman tabloid special
Wein - The Twelve Labors (vol 1 starting with 212)
JLA The Golden Perfect
"At what point do we say, 'You're mucking with our myths'?" - Harlan Ellison
It's sad that DC still just goes on with her origin story rather than focusing on her own storylines. Like why don't they focus on these runs on Cheetah's origins.
There's a lot to choose from, but the Devastation story was a fave of mine.
