I never saw the sense in having a character who’s mutation/power manifests via exotic skin...and then covering said skin up nearly completely. Especially when there’s no concern about physical vulnerability. Shorts4Life!
I’ll go with X-Men:Gold as my runner up choice...

I really loved Piotr’s Extraordinary outfit (they were all ahead of their time) but specifically that one panel in IVX where it looked like his ass was just hanging out.
