August, 1996!
I feel almost personally targeted here…

It is a bit tricky, as there is no "June 1960" issue of Wonder Woman. But the July issue was published in May, so I guess it works:
"Age is not defined by years, but by regrets...I'm an old man now." --Fighting Yank, "Project Superpowers"
I haven't hear good things about this run
Also, this magazine is dated June, 1996, and I like it more that the cover for that month's Wonder Woman. I used the dc fandom wiki to look these up, though I know cover date doesn't match the release date
"The Batman is Gotham City. I will watch him. Study him. And when I know him and why he does not kill, I will know this city. And then Gotham will be MINE!"-BANE
"We're monsters, buddy. Plain and simple. I don't dress it up with fancy names like mutant or post-human; men were born crueler than Apes and we were born crueler than men. It's just the natural order of things"-ULTIMATE SABRETOOTH
Saw this mentioned on the Batman board, and it was a fun idea!
I was born October 1986...and I feel kinda lucky, because the closest issue published (as in release date) is...
Score!!!
"We're the same thing, you and I. We're both lies that eventually became the truth." Lara Notsil, Star Wars: X-Wing: Solo Command, Aaron Allston
"All that is not eternal is eternally out of date." C. S. Lewis, The Four Loves
"There's room in our line of work for hope, too." Stephanie Brown

A lull period for Wonder Woman....
Because it's not...
I love the WW Gallery! I bought two copies so I could pull out my favorite pages and put them on my wall. Also, this magazine is dated June, 1996, and I like it more that the cover for that month's Wonder Woman. I used the dc fandom wiki to look these up, though I know cover date doesn't match the release date
I have to amend my earlier post! I used the release date instead of the cover date, so August '82 was really WW#294, not the November dated #297
Funny enough I was discussing just this week how Devastation is a great villain and should be Diana's archenemy.
Ooooo, mine doesn't even have Wonder Woman on the cover.
