Dude's got a bad case of Plotpronousis. It makes you use Pronouns instead of describing what it is you want to talk about.

Very common disease. Next to Young Blood's disease, its the most rampant one in comicbook fiction.

I mean, come on Glob, you both live in a world where Telepaths exist - and Hisako just witnessed Dep X arresting one of her friends - would it have killed you to say "They are mind wiping people's memories like you heard Blob saying they are going to do to Bling!" instead of saying "People just go missing and everyone forgets them" ?
