Everyone seems to think the new Avengers are just gonna be all the new characters... I really hope Wanda is still there. She hasn't managed to be on just like, a "normal" Avengers movie as a member. AOU she was an antagonist and only joined at the end, CW things are falling apart, and it was technically a Cap movie. IW is this huge crossover, and the Avengers are separated. Endgame she's dusted. They are making a Vision/Wanda Disney+ show, and Feige said those shows are gonna be really connected and the changes in the characters will be seen, so hopefully they're not done with her and she'll be on Avengers 5.
Idk, so far the movies in production don't seem to have enough room for crossovers and teamups. Eternals, Black Widow, Shang-Chi... And with the Fox deal, they'll eventually plan F4 and X-Men. I'm a bit worried some characters are just not gonna have anywhere to go.
Well, from CW to IW and even Endgame, we've just been getting lots of characters teaming up instead of just an official Avengers squad. I'm assuming that Avengers 5, whenever that happens, it's gonna go back to how it was with the beginning, with one Avengers team. I think a lot of people are really imagining it's just gonna be those characters that weren't there before(Cap Marvel, BP, Spider-Man, etc), and I think that's a resonable possibility unfortunately.
I think any character who got snapped (including Wanda) were characters that Marvel Studios still has plans for moving forward, even if not as Avengers.
Honestly, I don't think the movies are really conducive to an official Avengers squad or any of the standard Avengers stuff since they shake things up and change the roster so quick that it's difficult to make something like that work.
Remember when they made the construction of Avengers Tower a big thing? And it's only used for, like, 10 minutes.
Or the New Avengers roster that implodes as soon as we see their first actual mission on-screen in Civil War.
The only thing I'm confident about is that Disney will keep making more Avengers movies. The IP is too profitable not to. But a break of 5 years or more? I could see that. Especially since Marvel is about to get a bunch of IP's back from Fox and the Studio will certainly want to play with the new toys.
But who the hell knows what the landscape is going to look like, post-Endgame? How the Avengers walk away from that, what shape the world is in, all of that is going to play heavily into what shape the team takes afterwards. Maybe the Avengers get turned into a huge, global organization akin to SWORD and SHIELD combined. Maybe everyone goes their separate ways. Maybe not enough heroes are left standing to form a roster at all. Who the hell knows?
I think T'Challa and Carol are sure bets for the next Avengers film. Strange too, most likely. I'd be a little surprised if Wasp doesn't make it. And Disney will want Spider-Man but we'll see how the relationship with Sony goes. Past that? Who's still got films in their contracts? Who signs for more? Who gets introduced between then and now? Does Hemsworth stay in the role and sign a new contract or does he walk away with Downy and Evans? Does Disney just re-cast the roles and keep Steve and Tony and whoever else?
We'll have a better idea of what to expect once Endgame has hit.

~ Black Panther.
Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Vision, Falcon America, War Machine, Wasp, Okoye, and Spectrum.
They are probably just going to recast cap Thor and hulk but not IM.
Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Wasp, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and Thor as the main members. Shuri, Falcon, War Machine, Valkyrie, Okoye, & Hill as the auxiliary squad. T'Challa should be the leader.
Save Winter Solider, Black Widow, Hawkeye, whoever survives out of Hulk/Iron Man/Captain America for a way later movie.
I really think you need one OG MCU Avenger for the movies and Thor would be my pick.
After the X-Men and Fantastic Four are brought in, I'd go with a Captain Marvel led, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Captain America (whoever it is), Thing, and Jessica Drew and/or Wasp.

We need She Hulk to replace Ruffalo. Come on Universal.
I think it is pretty clear(well imo) they aren't recasting and sticking with this continuity as long as possible. Remember the all new different push that some comics fans hated well the general public doesn't seem to care as much so stuff like Riri Williams as Ironheart or Jane Thor, Cho Hulk is a lot easier sell to general public. The most interesting players in the mix is Hawkeye ,War Machine,Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch and Falcon is Marvel going to elevate them or move on. And how long does Hemsworth and ScarJo stay on because they are young enough to be around for awhile.
Is She-Hulk covered by the arrangement with Universal?
Please let's bring on an interesting woman character. Marvel has plenary to choose from. They don't need to resort to SHE Hulk. It would be especially bad for Gamora to to have another character introduced who is what she should have been to begin with. Just don't, at all costs, bring in the Hulk wanna be. It's not worth it. Nothing is worth that.
