Ah, okay. A remake specifically for India. That's a bit different. A remake for the U.S. would make no sense.

I don't get it it's basically a recap of American history from the 50's to 90's by a guy who keeps falling ass backwards into success while loving the most horrible love interest maybe in film history. I love the film but given how much will probably be changed why not write an "original" story following similar beats so you don't have to pay for any rights? Originally Posted by Gaastra
