his armor provides a variety of abilities some standard ant man abilities like size manipulation insect communication and robotic implants while a jet pack provides abilities like flight and flame projection.

well not if he summons hoards of flesh eating ants. sure will swamp the opposing team completely and make them utterly useless in a fight. try fighting while hundreds of ants are entering every orifice of your body and tearing tiny chunks of flesh from your body at the same time.

There are no insects in the arena by default.

You'd need to set the fight where there are ants for him to use for that strategy to be viable.

those pesky creatures are ubiquitous so maybe a few hundred may have formed a colony somewhere in the arena.
if not he could always bring them with him. anyway which team do you think wins here?
