Default Some new Collected editions only available in HC??

Sorry if I missed something but I am just wondering cause I'm eagerly awaiting some trade paperbacks for

Superman Vol. 1: The Unity Saga: Phantom Earth
The Green Lantern Vol. 1: Intergalactic Lawman
Superman: Action Comics Vol. 1: Invisible Mafia

    Even future ones like:

Batman: Detective Comics Vol. 1: Arkham Knight Hardcover – September 17, 2019

But all of them seem to be only available in HC?

Don't get me wrong I love HC editions. It's just the budget.. I want like a lot and would hate to cut some of the wantlist

Their pattern with some books is that the HC comes out first and then later a paperback, but there were rumors in the usual source that hardcovers are the way going forward. Time will tell.

Thanks for the info! It does seem weird to me though they don't do the same with the "new" trades of Nightwing, Red Hood and all of the Sandman Universe titles cause they release them in Trade Paperback form.

Also seems strange that they "stop??" the DLX/Deluxe editions which collected two trades... for example the ones of Detective Comics
