This one is aimed mainly at folks who are reading Doomsday Clock, especially the latest issue.

Based on Anti-Monitor's feats in Crisis on Infinite Earths, and what we saw Dr. Manhattan do in Doomsday Clock, who would win a showdown between these two cosmic beings?

The AM at his best went up against far more powerful heroes, with the attacks themselves being described as far more powerful (and shown as such) and still did much better than Manhattan anyway

Yeah AM was beating on PC level heroes that was 10 times more powerful and 10 times more in size than Manhattan faced on mars
But if Doctor Manhattan actually turns out to > Mxy like Mxy and Superman implied, he has a decent shot here
