A lot of the books I am buying have tie-ins to War of the Realms. Which means I might be skipping a lot of books this month.

Fantastic Four looks great at least.

Holy crap is MARVEL trying to drown the industry with all these tie ins? There's only so much shelf space.

Something has to be up. She has to be brainwashed or something. She would never jump into a romance over night. That’s so out of character. Probably a Red Herring.

Am late to this because life, though doesn't seem like I'm getting much, which is probably good because I am broke af.

    Definitely:
VENOM #15 - Just... this better be the last of Bunn I see on this title! Even during Absolute Carnage, get someone else, Cates! Even just Stegman would be better!
SILVER SURFER: BLACK #1 (OF 5) - Yay more Norrin! Yay more Cates! Yay more Cates doing cosmic stuff! And it doesn't sound like it's going to try and ape Slott's run, so that's good -- loved that run, but I want some more grand, dark stories with the character. Don't retcon away Slott's stuff though... that Power Cosmic colour retcon still makes me happy inside.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY ANNUAL #1
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #6 - Man, every time I see Black Swan post-Secret Wars I question why she's still there.
    DAREDEVIL #7

IMMORTAL HULK VOL. 1 HC - **** yeah.

    Maybe:
WAR OF THE REALMS: UNCANNY X-MEN #3 (OF 3) - Dropping off UXM because I'm just waiting for Hickman now, so... yeah. I mean, might hop back on, but I really doubt it.
BLACK CAT #1 - Don't think I've read anything by McKay, and not sure if Foreman's the right fit for Black Cat, but kinda wanna support the idea of her having an ongoing. That cover though... without the "jewelry", it would not be clear what side of the glass she's on... that is not well drawn.
SAVAGE AVENGERS #2 - If the first issue is good. At least it's not part of War of the Realms.
UNCANNY X-MEN #19 & #20 - Just waiting on Hickman, and haven't been too keen on Rosenberg's 2000s retread dressed in 90s nostalgia anyway.

MARVEL 80TH ANNIVERSARY POSTCARD BOOK HC - Kinda curious what these are like, not gonna lie.
BLACK WIDOW: NO RESTRAINTS PLAY TPB - Ah, another in the line of Black Widow miniseries. Thought this was going to be an ongoing...?
HAVOK & WOLVERINE: MELTDOWN TPB (NEW PRINTING) - I have NEVER heard of this. But Walter and Louise Simonson? **** yeah.
MARVELS: EYE OF THE CAMERA TPB (NEW PRINTING) - Speaking of "never heard of this", Marvels got a sequel?! SDtill havn't read Marvels, but I really need to. Though... no Alex Ross art. Not sure he would've fit the series, though.
Favourite characters: Wally West, Dick Grayson, Cassandra Cain, Cyclops, Jay Garrick, Jamie Madrox, Stargirl, Bucky Barnes, Magik, Jon Kent, Kate Bishop, Booster Gold

    Regular pulls:
Adventureman, Cable, Fire Power, Green Lantern, Hellions, New Mutants, Thor, Vampire: The Masquerade, Venom, X-Factor, X-Men

Trade-waiting: Animosity, Black Panther, Captain America, Catwoman, Conan, Daredevil, DCeased, Detective Comics, Hawkman, Immortal Hulk, Redneck, Saga, Skyward, Snotgirl, X-Force

    Random thoughts:

Doesn't seem like War of the Realms is going to be extended at the last minute... huh.

So... new Agents of Atlas series by Pak, right? Unless this sold really badly?

Frank Castle going full Gears of War... I dig it. No way that blade should actually stay on though.

Oh no... is Aaron gonna try and reincorporate Cates' stuff into his Thor run? Please no... Also, another reminder that Mike del Mundo should've stuck with cover art.

So... is Thor actually going to use that golden Mjolnir in any of Aaron's actual Thor run? Also, missed opportunity to have Robbie ride a flaming pegasus on that cover. Boooooo!

Making the boots black with yellow trim only makes the X-Men's original outfits worse. Also, WTF HAPPENED TO ADI GRANOV'S FACES?!

Oh man... Doctor Strange's new outfit is even worse without the cape.

I enjoy the Hobbit reference (?) on that Squirrel Girl cover.

Oh yeah... forgot that Moonstone went back to her worse original outfit.

Wait... the mysterious bandaged figure in Spencer's Spider-Man run is a dude?! I don't know why, but I assumed woman if it had a gender at all. Maybe it's just One More Day leaving some hooks for that... that and it wanting to be with Peter forever or something iirc.

Once again, dig the Spider-Man: Life Story cover. Striking and meaningful given the Clone Sag stuff.

Um... I don't THINK the Rhino in Spidey PS4 was that big? As in his actual biological mass? Might be wrong though.

Ngl, thought the Man-Wolf on that Spider-Gwen cover was Beast.

So we're hitting peak Spidey saturation outside of an event again, are we?

You know it's a quality Wasp cover when Janet and Nadia look to be CLOSE IN AGE.

Yay, new Black Panther arc! Thought hat last one looks a little short for an OHC, but apparently I'm wrong according to my "A Nation Under our Feet" OHC. Get on it, Marvel! I will buy it! "The Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda" cannot be worse than "Avengers of the New World"!

Fantastic Four #11... that is a horrifying face on Val, Esad Ribic.

Oh cool, it's nice that Danny Ketch is getting some love.

Is Major X gonna be Cannonball? As a reference to when he was meant to be Cable? It's not gonna be Deadpool... right? I am mildly, morbidly curious about Major X.

Wow, is Prisoner X really gonna be the last Age of X-Man issue? Really? Okay then.

Wait... that Mr. and Mrs. X solicitation makes ti seem like it's ending... is it?! It felt like just yesterday that it started at all.

Yay, Rachel Summers and in her classic Hound outfit! Boo, I stopped buying X-Force!

What is with Guiseppe Camuncoli and his Wolverine posing? He always looks... off.

I... did not know that there was going to be a new Star Wars land in Disney World. Kinda wanna go. Oh aslso, Sacks is a great writer so I assume Galaxy's edge is actually good or going to be good.

Jody Houser on Star Wars is cool... if only I still cared about anything but a slither of Star Wars. This variety should've been what they LED WITH, when the line launched, rather than mostly boring stuff with the movie characters.

    Rob Liefeld omnibus... WHY?!

Don't... don't name your X-Men hardcover "Jim Lee XXL", Marvel! This isn't Magic Mike!

The fur lining on her boots only make Kate's current outfit worse.

I died a little when I read "Straight Out of Brooklyn". You mean "Outta"?!

    THERE WERE STARJAMMERS SERIES?! WHY?!

Agents of Atlas will be getting two spin-offs, both by Pak. Sword Master (co-starring Shang-Chi) and Aero (which will also include another new character, Wave).

To be fair, Janet is a lot younger than Hank (she's only in her early 30s), and not actually old enough to be Nadia's real mother. That's the reason she's only her stepmother in the comics, unlike in the movies where a much older Janet actually is Hope's Mom.

Major X #1 just came out. We know who it is, and it's a new character.

Prisoner X isn't the last Age of X-Man issue - there's an Age of X-Man Omega one-shot comic in July, that's the finale.

Mr and Mrs X certainly is ending, unfortunately. The X line will be getting a relaunch in the next few months.

I wouldn’t mind if major x stuck around after the x relaunch; he seems to be an uncomplicated cable. And I have this bad feeling that the bandaged figure in spider man , is going to be Norman Osborn, AGAIN. can we please give that guy a permanent rest?
Sword master? Master of Kung fu was too dated?

    CO-STARRING. Sword Master isn't Shang-Chi, Shang is the book's co-star.
