As much as I love Jono and think him aligning with the Morlocks during this time was brilliant, pretty much everything re: them seems really half-baked. Dumping the baby after a literal retread of the Mutant Massacre (and having not found the assailants yet) seems...so dumb.
I enjoy this book in the way that I enjoyed Scott's checklist...it's a rundown of fun people and things to revisit but it's not as cohesive as it should be.

I thought the issue was okay. It seems a bit slow, but I'm fine with the tone and the overall feel of the book. This obviously feels like a buildup towards a relaunch, but it also feels like the X-men.

The previous writers didn't want to address their existence, so instead of killing them, they are put into limbo by being 'kidnapped'. Shan and her siblings are always being underused except during Zeb Wells run. Originally Posted by norj
