This does make me wonder about what motivates Marvel creative/editorial to continue this animosity - I'm sure that there are X-fans, not necessarily Cyke fans, who dislike the Avengers because Marvel themselves called them out for not helping mutants. They did that. Personally, I'd be content if everyone stayed in their corners unless a crossover happened and then they behave like respectful peers.
