I just found out that Hickman is American.
Seeing him always talk about football/soccer, I had assumed that he was English.

I like how he has included Olivier Coipel there, who has obviously drawn the X-Men but, aside from a handful of issues in the ongoing books, it's mostly been during crossover events, including AoX with Hickman himself. Which is shameful because his style and influences make him a quintessential X-Men artist.
And with that in mind, I can't think of a more perfect creative team for Uncanny X-Men post-HOX/POX than Jonathan Hickman and Oliver Coipel.

I really enjoy Coipel's art.
But it's an unfair choice.
I would put Alan Davis or John Cassaday in his place.
