All the women and PoC will be killed off obviously.
First of all, just the fact major comic sites (including arguably the biggest ones) gave poor reviews already proves completely false your non-sense about "no outside CBR disliked the story", and you know that.
Second, it's no accident the Inhumans shortly after this were relegated to the sidelines and eventually unused. It's because the push failed completely, and that was a last attempt to make them relevant.
Third, and that's not directly related to this, but as a rule, comic sites will give good reviews to pretty much anything major (and most of the minor ones) that the Big 2 publish because they are too dependent on them. It's when they'll trash an event or a comic surrounded with hype that you noticed something's wrong, because they couldn't even spin something positive out of that.
AIPT, Comics beat and graphic policy are big and well respected sites.
Your logic doesn't even makes sense, there is good reviewers and bad reviewers. there isn't anything related to a site being big it will be better than a small site.
Some liked, some not. It's far away from being a unanimity. But it is far away from the CBR drama

They're going to make Moira the founder in the shadow of the X-Men and be a constant in the multiverse or something like that.
In that sense it would be the most important moment of the X-Men.
Moira is already somewhat of the mom of the X-men and a character that was secretly important. I don't know what more they can do with her that would justify that line.
The most important scene, as it is now, probably would be Scott informing Charles the X-men were kidnapped by Krakoa, since that changed everything.
the most important scene is scott and logan kissing, oh wait, that hasn't happened yet, because hickman will do it
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
Or maybe Vulcan had a moment of clarity, returns to Earth seeking atonement/ redemption......or the Mansion gets tech on par with Avengers Mountain (Celestial Tech.....)
