Also, that character that everyone thinks is Rogue and Gambit’s isn’t that. That’s not a white spot in their hair, they’re wearing a headpiece. The light reflects off of it in different spots.

It’s either them or their descendants WAY in the future.

My thoughts, concerning "Green Magneto."

So.

I'll wait for details. There are multiple potential scenarios I can see to this, none of them good. But the honest reality is that we don't have enough information (at least that I've seen) to properly assess and determine what this means. Anything I could say at this juncture would be too hypothetical.

The one thing I can draw out of this picture is that it implies a connection between Lorna and Magneto. This is not based on the character being male, but on having Lorna's green coloration and Magneto's general look combined into one figure. An optimistic POV would say this proves Marvel will at least keep intact that Lorna is Magneto's daughter. A pessimistic POV would say it merely acknowledges that they share the same power set. There is more I can say on the latter, but again. Don't want to speak much on things when there aren't enough details to go on. What we are looking at may not be what anyone thinks it is (or even what anyone is capable of thinking it is).

Something like "Polaris died in the future and his share of power went to Magneto", like the Phoenix Five.

It could explain why Husk and Monet are included, they both have mutant families with wide ranges of powers

A thought to keep in mind is that people at Marvel, as well as writers in general, enjoy technicalities. For example, they could be "new characters" in the same sense that Gogeta might have counted as a "new character."

Yeah, I keep thinking the girl is probably just Kitty and Piotr's daughter, with Kitty's phasng, Piotr's skin and hair colour, and then she's inherited the Soul Sword from her aunt too. That seems to satisfy Ockham's Razor, despite all the different elements combined in her.
