Remember when a question got asked about Nightcrawler's soul and they were vague saying there's a possibility of another Nightcrawler running around somewhere having adventures? Well, Magik has a dubious relationship with her soul too. Could it be possible that those two are Magik and Nightcrawler's true souls?

The Magneto teaser has me a bit confused, but it may be possible his soul is split as well. Something that might tie in Xorn and/or Magneto's weird apparition in Jean Grey's kitchen nightmare on Phoenix Resurrection

(It would actually be pretty interesting if Marvel said Lorna technically died on Genosha and lost her soul there, depending on how they treated her in execution, but this is assuming Marvel would have enough respect for her and her history to acknowledge Genosha ever happened to her - something they've been bending over backwards to ignore for the past ~15 years).
