The Asgardians are probably all laughing it off as a "Midgard thing." They see them as a group, or perhaps a class of beings. But that's the superhero business for ya. We certainly wouldn't call George, John, Paul or Ringo "The Beetle."

And now that I've drawn the new Valkyrie a few times, I can honestly say she feels like an Amazonian Hawkgirl. Disappearing wings or not. At least that's the image that comes to my mind every time. Just like with Brunnhilde, Jane will probably end up getting a new costume at some point.

This one doesn't bother me as much as Jane stealing Thor name, since Valkyrie unlike Thor is actually a title rather than a name. There's supposed to be more than one Valkyrie. Though it does suck that the original seemingly was killed off. But hey I think she's already died 2-3 times, so hopefully this one won't stick either.

It would bother me less if the mantle succession had happened without all the other Valkyrie's getting killed off, but that's just how Jane Foster needs to roll I guess .

If Jane wants to be an immortal Asgardian so much, why doesn't Odin re-impower her as a goddess, as he once did?

They need to leave Brunhilde as "The Valkyrie"!

I believe they were only temporary to stop Moondragon. But it would be great if Val still had them.

Easiest way to make Jane a goddess probably would be for her to steal the THunderstrike mace from Kevin. It's as easy as stealing hammers from a baby.
