    I would wager Ghost is the deciding factor here. In addition to being able to phase and demonstrating amazing skill (and a decent level of super-strength), she also had the ability to turn herself completely invisible.

    Most powerful character in the fight by some distance.

    Talos has a gun that can effectively one-shot a restrained, but still considerably superhuman Ms. Marvel, to go with superhuman stats of own, though Mystique might be able to bypass his durability, depending on how hard/sharp her mimicry of Wolverine's claws are.
