There isn't much point to someone dying though, because they will come back to life after a short while. Not unless it actually sticks, for at least a decent amount of time with consequences.

In that sense, Jason's death was the only one that seems to have had lasting impact, as far as I know.

Jason died - came back to life.
Babs was in a wheelchair - got better.
Damian died - came back to life.
Cass died (at some point in old continuity) - came back to life.
Steph 'died' (at some point in old continuity) - revealed to not actually be dead
Dick 'died' - revealed to not actually be dead.
Tim 'died' - revealed to not actually be dead.
Kate died - literally came back to life 10 seconds later.
Basil died (?) - was revealed to be alive by the end of the arc

    Who have I missed?

I'm not sure. One thing I can say about King's run is that I'm not sure what exactly his end-goal is going to be, or even what'll happen by the end of any given issue.

But I can throw out some safe guesses, I guess. First maybe a new costume, because all the primo Bat-writers lately have thrown some new costumes out there. After the enduring run of the Miller-esque/Jim Lee-esque era outfit - although I guess it started before that with the New Gotham period, we had Morrison first do the Dick Grayson costume but then the Batman Inc. costume. Then we had Snyder do the New 52 and then the Rebirth costume. So it stands to reason that King after "retiring" the Rebirth costume and going back to the New Gotham period costume, will probably have one of his artists give us a new costume.

Another thing I guess might be, since Batman is not just "Gotham Vigilante Detective" Batman, but is also like ... Justice League ... multiverse explorer and occasionally cosmic guy ... maybe Bane has leveled up. As someone who is supposed to be Batman's equal only evil, it's weird to think that Bane only ever matches Batman in like ... Gotham-area storylines. Why couldn't Bane get access to some Justice Level weird shenanigans? Why doesn't Bane get a space-suit? Or meet multiversal Banes? I kind of see his association with Flashpoint Batman and Skeets as a possible beginning to that level of equalization. Maybe.

Lastly I guess I'll predict the marriage actually happens?

    And that King kills Alfred.

Maybe Bruce will retire the the “b” and join his wife’s side as the new Carman.

Might help with the guano if they can scratch it up like kitty litter.

Well, seems almost every member of the Batfam has had a turn at being either dead or 'dead' by now.

Alfred died (?) - came back as the villain Outsider, and was later restored to his normal self
Kathy Kane died (?) - and was than revealed not to be dead and nor to be Kathy Kane (but i can remember the explanation for this)
Jean Paul Valley died (?) - and came back to live by the reboot
Calvin Rose became an Undead Talon - and was iird restored by the pit
Harold died - and came back after the reaboot
Sasha Bordeaux - faked her Death and worked for Checkmate

The only characters that remained (un)dead are:
Orpheus (who might have been erased by Flashpoint)
Strix who is afaik still an undead Talon
Lance Bruner, but his existence was never acknowledged outside of the one story in which he appeared in

I'm also not entirely sure about the fate of the different incarnations of Ace the Bathound.

To build off this, Kiteman is revealed as the criminal mastermind behind everything and will take his place as one of Batman's biggest enemies ever!
Every writer going forward will have at least one scene an issue where Bruce and Selina just stand there and call each other bat and cat for multiple pages!

I love the idea of Kiteman Master Criminal.

Death of Alfred is the first thing that came to mind.

The marriage......I dunno if that'll happen. DC wants Bruce miserable. I think its more likely that Selina gets shot at the wedding and dies than they actually, successfully, tie the knot.

On the other hand, she could be pregnant. Not sure how that would work out.

Batman becomes a hunted outlaw again?

    Batman's identity is exposed?

    Gotham is nuked?

Batman and Catwoman have a baby, as foreshadowed in Annual #2, then Batman has to make a choice between sacrificing his baby to Bane or letting the war with Bane go on. Batman brings his baby to Bane's lair, celery sticks are eaten, and Bane is killed in a surprise ambush. Batman then returns to Gotham, punches Flashpoint Thomas Wayne, and wonders if he's in heaven or hell. The End.

Oh, so wrong list, what we should list is who hasn't died yet. And I just remembered another one, isn't Leslie dead?

So, who could get killed off that would shake things up? I have no idea.
