7.) Weapon H (his strength and military background would be a great asset)

I love thinking about possible teams. Once I imagined that could be funny making dark versions of classic teams.
Take for example the Original 5 X-Men as a template. You can make a Thunderbolts team with Shocker, Blizzard, Venom, Sauron and Mystique.
Or taking inspiration on Cap's Kooky Quartet to make a team with Crossbones, Swordsman, Speed Demon and Moonstone.
Moonstone
Songbird
Crossbones
Mach V
Ghost
Agent Venon

"Who wouldn't go out with the Black Widow? I'd strangle a litter of kittens for one dinner with her!"
Adrian Toomes aka the Vulture
"Natasha Romanoff, A.K.A. Black Widow - ex-KGB, formerly with S.H.I.E.L.D...Probably the brains of this operation.I have followed her career, and she has been consistently UNDERRATED."
I've always thought late 90s Kurt Busiek hit just about everything out of the ballpark and I love so much of his work from the era I've often dreamed of a series featuring a Thunderbolts/Avengers Forever hybrid roster thrown throughout time to allow Busiek to explore the history of the Marvel U and to shape some of its future. I've never fully set a roster, but a mix of classic Thunderbolts and some of his Avengers Forever cast (Captain Marvel and Songbird seem like slam dunks) would be amazeballs. A new Citizen V and Hawkeye could jockey for leadership duties.
Baron Zemo (Helmut Zemo)

Moonstone (Karla Sofen)
Thunderball (Dr. Eliot Franklin)

6) Venom Eddie is good for sales
7) Madelyne Pryor former X-Man and X-Man villain
8) Havok former leader of an team of Avengers, X-Men and X-Factor but also member of the Brotherhood (of evil Mutants inferred)
