It's a bit of a cheat since it's technically a JLA story but 8th Circle was heavily centered on WW.

Given that they shoved Batman into JLD where he didn’t belong, I don’t see the problem with a JL movie starring Diana as the front runner.

I think they meant the 10th Circle, which ran from JLA 94-99.
