Default Where either of these two '80s cartoon characters incorporated into the 616 U?

I've been watching some 1980s Marvel Comics and I found these two characters interesting: Arachnoid, a villain with spider powers and Lightwave, Iceman's younger half-sister who is also a mutant and a member of SHIELD. Are they cartoon characters only or are they also 616 universe characters? If so for the latter, which issues have they appeared at?

(excuse the 'where' typo on the title)

No, neither to my knowledge ever made it into the comics. Arachnoid is a redo of an earlier spider cartoon character called Nephilia who are identical.

    What powers did each have?

Never heard of either of them.

Lightwave is complicated but doable. I feel like the Iceman solo would have been a good home for her.

Arachnoid would have been ideal for the Spiderman books.

You really need someone to tell you what a guy with the lower body of spider has for powers?

She was more like Aurora from Alpha Flight.

Lightwave was basically just Aurora. Her real name is even Aurora.

To the utmost, I agree on both.

I hope someday both are added to the 616-Marvel Universe.
