Default Villain-centric movies you'd like to see?

So the first trailer for the Joker movie dropped today (and was surprisingly good in my opinion), and it got me thinking, with the dumb fun success of Venom last year, and the evil Superman homage Brightburn coming up, it seems like villain movies might become more of a thing for a while. So with that I ask, what villains do you think can pull off being solo movie stars?

I think any of the Marvel villains stranded in the Savage Land could be good, sort of like an MCU Jurassic Park film. Especially if there's a group of b villains so a few could get eaten.

Dr. Doom would be a good one, could introduce him as a threat to everyone while waiting to fix the public's perception of the Fantastic Four.

Dr Doom 100%. Could be a good way of differentiating the MCU FF from the other films. Have the FF in their own film, Dr Doom in his...and finally build up to their big collision.

The Hood is a strangely good choice, too. It could be very Peaky Blinders-esque.

    DOOM

Attempts to acheive, only to fall short, over and over, until he resigns himself to megalomania and becomes the Ozymandius he sees himself as.

Actually, portraying Doom as a Watchmen's Ozymandius figure and then having the combined might of the MCU defeat him would be a killer bookend to the concept.

Doctor Doom can sport a trilogy all by himself:
    1) Annual #2, Books of Doom,

    2) Astonishing Tales 01-08, FF #258 and other Latveria centric stuff.

    3) Triumph and Torment

Superior Foes of Spider-Man would also be cool, as would Thunderbolts.

It would also be a good way to get some heroes and antiheroes that might otherwise not show up on the big screen to appear as heroic antagonists.

Scourge of the Underworld for instance would make a great antagonist.

You could also do a sequel involving The Hood trying to build his supervillain army and the foes not wanting any part of it, sort of like Villains United/Secret Six.

much as I don't care for the retcon, Taskmaster's last mini was custom made to be a movie. it would have worked better with him first being introduced in a hero's film, though. I wonder who David Harbour is playing in 'Black Widow.' he has a distinctive voice.
