Right so I just want to note first that Bart with the entirety of the speed force could match Zoom. So Wally running fast enough to destroy it being faster than Zoom is not as inconsistent as it sounds

The other thing,.... he literally destroyed the ability of ALL Flashes to time travel with that last burst of speed (Barry being BTFO there in the background..) because of how badly he effed up the speed force

But... he himself is somehow still time traveling... in the mental asylum he was placed in after these events... where he might have killed off several other heroes. Also had an ominous mention in DD clock...

Basically this is all too recent to judge if that's his new level but imo they're about to Parallax Wally West...

I'm going to have to say that speed force phantom energy blasts from his chest is maybe a sign of a new power ;p

That's the excess temporal energy I was talking about. He was having seizures and stuff from that before and they found out it could hurt Zoom (by showing him his own past). Actually I got it wrong, it was the release of temporal energy that stopped the Flashes from time travelling again

Wally did rip apart the energy barries between the speed force (and other dimensions) though and caused the sky to turn red crisis style, among other things

Basically he has had only a couple of appearances since and in them he does something other Flashes explicitly can't anymore (time travel)

Yeahh looks like.... Flash War itself was one of the best Flash stories in recent times but it was only apparently a set up for the higher ups to write their own story- one that seems to involve Wally going insane after losing his kids and his wife not recognizing him anymore SBP style, and ominoulsy blaming Barry for all that (after absolving him already earlier). Also Johns' DD clock seems to be headed in the same direction
