What if Marvel take seriously that stupid "X-men is a sexist name" discussion and never use it again?
It would makes sense with Rosenberg writing the last X-men story and Hickman not calling "X-men" none of his new material.

Maybe it would be nice for them to ignore the X-Men title since it's the only franchise where Marvel can't decide how to do legacy numbering anyway

Maybe Rosenberg's plan was to write such an awful, grimdark story with unsympathetic idiots as heroes and villains in order to drive the brand value of the X-Men down the gutter and make criticisms of Hickman's run seem minute in comparison?
