Ok so knowing the spoilers didn't ruin the read lol. The story telling was great. As was the art, truly amazing.
I really like where this is going. It's definitely better than his Avengers run, which was good but the world builiding here is much better and feels so fluid. The twist is really nice.

And also spoilers:

damn he needs to bring Destiny back! She was super, super badass and her costume is amazing. The X-Men need a powerful villain couple like Mystique and Irene

Pyro called Irene Mother? Was it a thing during those years? Because I cannot remember it from like Days of Future Past

we dont quite know that. It could be a lie and the way it was set up, we never will know the actual truth

Anyway, I took that as spoilers:

her being immortal truly, since the cycle could go on indefinitely. But Irene predicted that after 10 maximum 11 lives she would have died before her mutation manifested, thus ending the cycle. Not like her mutation had a 10 lives expiration date, it was mostly luck in when she died
