Presumably, its supposed to be the cipher for his alphabet, but, using what's been definitively cracked so far, it reads:
AFC_DE
FG_I__
LMNO__
So maybe he was a little drunk when he posted it. I assume he meant to use the "B" symbol in line one, second symbol, but its the same as the "F".

I think he may have been posting some of the equivalents for his cipher. Maybe they're important for his books?

less than 4 HOURS until the ANAD X-Office blows our backs out
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
Well yes, I did say that. Unfortunately, it also looks like he needs a proofreader. The B and F symbols are just flipped versions of one another, so easy mistake. But the weird gaps in it that don't correspond logically to a letter have me thinking it may have been done under less than sober conditions.

I’m in the room, everybody. I’m 2.5 hours early for the panel, but I wanted to be sure to get a good seat & a great view of the screen for any images. I will type as fast as I can & share all I can. STAY TUNED!!!
I don't think that they will show covers and descriptions. Only a team of authors. Therefore, I dont expect much and I do not advise you.
