That list was way too hard on psychics. No Nate, Cable or Rachel at all. Jean is only an omega level telepath but no TK. yet guys like Magneto get promoted to Omega, I know he is powerful but was it ever stated he was omega?

Well, those characters have natural governors on their powers. In the case of Nathan, Nate and Stryfe it has been shown that when they try to use their powers at a certain level it begins to kill them. And that's not even counting Nathan's T-O virus. But a fully powered Nathan has been shown (in the Cable/Deadpool series) to be dying from his own powers burning him out physically. Same with Nate Grey, and same with Stryfe. As for Rachel, without the Phoenix I don't believe she's ever been shown to be as powerful as Jean, but I could be wrong about that. I'm not as much of a fan of her as I am Nathan admittedly so don't know as much of her history in terms of non-Phoenix powered feats.
