HoX 2 spoilers on reddit so be warned folks
After re-reading Deadly Genesis...
1. Moira technically had the first school. Xavier helped her get her research institute up/running.
2. Vulcan was saved/born from a gestation pod that looks awfully Krakoa-ish
3. Shiar kept Vulcan (a mutant) as slave
4. Shiar had an outpost on Earth run by... someone... who needed help.
All secondary to the hidden dead team plot, but...

I read spoilers...
This is something unreal if it's true.
Yeah, I've seen the X-Men series described as a series that constantly tackles bigotry and the perception of humans thinking mutants will, maliciously, wipe out humans, due to Magneto's homo superior claims and what not, which definitely is valid to say, but I get the feeling some describe it like that's the only concept X-Men does.
I mean, if some writer wants to make it more like "dudes and girls in tights fighting robots," then that wouldn't be wrong either. X-Men can explore a variety of concepts rather than just one, no?
Having to physically force myself not to read spoilers. Preview pages, OTOH, I am gagging for.
Why are we looking at Days of Future Present? Wasn't that the Excalibur arc that segued Rachel out for years or am I thinking of something else? I barely recall that period re: Excalibur.
