Any comic that takes me more than 15 minutes to read in its entirety and which I also then immediately begin to reread.....yeah, I can't agree that there's a lack of story there.

Not by any stretch of the imagination.
I've been re-reading from HoX 01 since this story started because there is so much to process and in so many layers. Plus the art is just beauty-full. I've 're-read' the books just to gaze at the artwork.
Even if I had gone in with high expectations (I kept my expectations far removed because I wanted to embrace the story openly and as it's given) I could honestly say, those expectations would have been surpassed. And we have yet to arrive at the finally.

Aren't you the one who is always complaining that black characters are being shafted in favour of Cyclops and Emma? Or are we to assume that complaint was in bad faith?

That still is Hickman fave, and is very weird choice. Sure we don't know about the story at all and this might be a small aspect of it.
I'm happy that Roberto is in good hands with Hickman, but Hickman also showed that he really do a lot more for his faves thn anyone else

I can't point out Hickman clear favoritism? i'm not bashing writer or character. I like Roberto from Hickman's avengers

Hickman does have favorites, it is so obvious but so does every other writer.
It is sadly how things work
