Generation X vol 2 suffered due to utterly shit art.
And they turned the team into utter losers.
The whole resurrection line was awful and half hearted until the fox deal went through.
We haven't seen Fantomex since he fused with Xavier right?
Or was that already undone somewhere else?

Gen X and ANW were the only RessurXion titles worth the paper they were printed on. Not a good era for the X-Titles at all.
I'd say GenX and Blue, considering what Bunn was forced to work with.
But that era sucked big time. And I haven't joyed a book since it started. So here's to hoping Hickman's era will have something for me. Doesn't need to be much, but just something. ResurrXion had NOTHING.
As Xavier took his body, Fantomex would need another one. Not everybody is able to go on the Astral Plane and willing to stay there maybe forever.
I have the impression that Fantomex was trying to make the Astral Plane a paradise. Who would leave a paradise? (I wonder if there's a lot of people on the Astral Plan.…)
It is weird I feel like the X-men and what fans are judged by contradictory statements.
Everybody has their vision of the X-men, very few people agree on much when it comes to the X-men. What is bad for ones is the best for others and viceversa.
If some things don't change people complain but if they change too much they risk stopping being the very thing that you liked in the first place.
Even if things change, that same changing nature makes sure that those changes will be undone by others so nothing is enduring.
Only things I liked were Jubilee being re-powered & her relationship with Jono, which Rosenberg has just crapped on recently. lol
And lastly. Monet's design.

Best she's looked in ages, but still got nothing on Steven Pugh's thicc GenX Monet.
